Kilian Chan started cello with Laurent Perrin under the Junior Music Programme at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He is now studying with Russian cellist Artem Konstantinov. He also travels and has lessons with Stefan Popov from time to time.
Kilian had his debut recital “Society and Meditation” with Dr Helen Cha at the Hong Kong City Hall Theatre in 2017. He is also a member of the Ponte Orchestra in Hong Kong.
Besides cello playing, Kilian is keen to bring performing arts to more people around the world. He started the non-profit charitable organization Aura Music as well as technology company Ponte+ in 2019.
